Shipping policy
All orders are dispatched by Swiss Post.
Every order within Switzerland is delivered within 1-7 days (excluding public holidays). Orders from the weekend are processed on Monday and arrive within a maximum of 7 days.
Every order within the EU will be delivered within 3-9 days (excluding public holidays).
On average, we fulfil our delivery promise 90 percent of the time each year. In exceptional situations, there may unfortunately be delays in some cases. We ask for your forbearance in the event of delays due to technical faults on our part or on the part of our delivery partners, as a result of construction work or traffic disruptions, in times of increased shipping volume throughout the country, as well as in the event of force majeure (Covid-19) or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs (Switzerland)
★ We do not charge shipping costs for orders over CHF 50.
★ We charge shipping costs for orders under CHF 50.
Shipping costs (Europe)
★ We do not charge shipping costs for orders over CHF 100.
All costs appear automatically in the shopping basket during checkout.
Return policy
There is a 7 day return policy for all products.
Please note the following guidelines

★ Damaged orders
★ Incorrect content
You want to return something, write an e-mail to info.cils.la@gmail.com with your reason. In case of a correct return request (see guidelines), you can send your order back to us. (The shipping costs - there and back - are covered for incorrect or damaged orders)
We will check the returned goods according to the guidelines described. If no violation is found, you will receive your money back within 7 days.
